How to complete this assessment

This assessment helps your Scarlet Spark consulting team understand how your organization currently operates. There are no right or wrong answers — we're looking for an honest picture of where things stand today, not where you'd like them to be.

Scoring
For each item, select the score that best reflects your current reality:
0 — Not in place: This doesn't exist yet
1 — Needs improvement: Something exists but it's incomplete, inconsistent, or not working well
2 — Good enough for now: This is in place and working reasonably well for your current stage
3 — Great: This is solid and you'd not change it right now
